Booking Policy
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this website. A reservation is confirmed once we acknowledge receipt and any applicable advance is received. Rates, taxes and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by season and length of stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the length of stay, the rate plan booked and how close the request is to the check-in date. Specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking are confirmed in writing at the time of confirmation. We encourage guests to share cancellation requests as early as possible.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are processed to the original mode of payment, typically within 7–10 working days from the date of approval. Bank or gateway timelines may add additional days. Non-refundable components (where applicable) are clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Check-in Requirements
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability. Guests are requested to share an estimated time of arrival in advance to help us prepare for your stay.
Identity Verification
A valid, original, government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for every guest staying at the property, as required by Indian hospitality regulations. International guests must present a valid passport and visa. ID details may be recorded and shared with statutory authorities where required by law.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are welcome in designated common areas during reasonable hours. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms without prior approval and ID verification. Additional charges may apply for approved overnight guests.
House Rules
Guests are requested to maintain a calm, professional environment in keeping with the boutique hotel setting. Loud gatherings, parties, illegal substances, weapons or any activity that disturbs other guests or contravenes local laws are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking Policy
ARMS Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, corridors, lifts or any indoor common areas. Cleaning charges and applicable penalties may be levied for any violation.
Noise Policy
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We request all guests to keep voices and audio at a considerate level during this period out of respect for fellow guests.
Damage Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property, fixtures or amenities during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest at the time of check-out or recovered from any deposit held.
Parking Policy
On-site parking is available, subject to availability at the time of stay. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left inside them.
Lost & Found
Items found in the property are logged and stored for a limited period. Guests may contact the front desk to claim lost items. Unclaimed items are disposed of as per internal policy after the retention period.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. An extra-bed or roll-away may be arranged on request, subject to availability and applicable charges. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times in common areas.
Privacy Policy
Information collected via the enquiry form (name, phone, email, expected stay dates) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and confirm your stay. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties for marketing. Statutory disclosures may be made where required by law.
