Long Stay Terms

Our long-stay programme is built for guests staying multiple weeks or months — corporate deputations, project teams, medical visitors and relocations.

Long-stay bookings may require additional documentation and a simple occupancy agreement signed at check-in. A valid government photo ID is mandatory.

A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the length of stay and number of occupants. Deposit terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Monthly billing cycles are available for stays of four weeks or longer. GST-compliant invoices are issued to individuals or corporates as required.

Long-stay guests are offered a regular housekeeping schedule aligned with the duration of stay. Additional service can be requested at the front desk.

Visitors are welcome in designated common areas during reasonable hours. Overnight visitors require prior approval and ID verification. Additional charges may apply.

Electricity, water, Wi-Fi and standard housekeeping are typically included in long-stay rates unless explicitly stated otherwise in the confirmation.

On-site maintenance is available for in-room issues. Please report concerns to the front desk so we can resolve them promptly.
